Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare Invoices, Packing Lists, Delivery Challans, and other dispatch-related documents accurately.
  • Ensure all required documents are verified and aligned with customer requirements and internal standards.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining work-order-related documentation, including BOM updates.
  • Share dispatch details (AWB, LR number, transporter details, ETA, etc.) with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain a daily/weekly dispatch tracker.
  • Track all outbound shipments and follow up with couriers/transporters for delivery status.
  • Update customers and internal teams on shipment progress until delivery is confirmed.
  • Fill/update Bill of Material (BOM) as per work order requirements.
  • Identify material shortages and prepare/raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for required items.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material availability.
  • Communicate proactively with sales, production, sterilisation vendors, and logistics teams.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure smooth flow of information between departments.
  • Must have good verbal & written communication skills.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory records and documentation.
  • Support continuous process improvements within the supply chain.
  • Perform any other operational tasks assigned by the Supply Chain Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of supply chain operations (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage timelines and multitask.
