Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute social media, email marketing and digital campaigns.
  • Coordinate with designers for creatives and ensure timely execution as per the planned calendar.
  • Create channel-appropriate content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, website, emailers, brochures, presentations, and events/exhibitions.
  • Coordinate with external agencies handling Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.
  • Understand campaign reports, analytics, and performance insights.
  • Generate marketing reports and derive actionable insights from campaign performance.
  • Monitor content and campaign performance and optimise communication for improved engagement, reach, CTR, and overall digital performance.
  • Conduct competitor social media audits and market research.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in competitor communication and positioning.
  • Research industry trends, healthcare marketing trends, and content opportunities.
  • Maintain and organise lead databases with proper segmentation and labelling during the campaign.
  • Support marketing activities for webinars, events, distributor engagement, and brand campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency in brand communication across all touchpoints.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to create platform-specific and audience-focused content.
  • Good coordination and project management skills.
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills.
  • Good design sense and ability to coordinate creative execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines independently.
