Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
Plan, coordinate, and execute social media, email marketing and digital campaigns.
Coordinate with designers for creatives and ensure timely execution as per the planned calendar.
Create channel-appropriate content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, website, emailers, brochures, presentations, and events/exhibitions.
Coordinate with external agencies handling Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.
Understand campaign reports, analytics, and performance insights.
Generate marketing reports and derive actionable insights from campaign performance.
Monitor content and campaign performance and optimise communication for improved engagement, reach, CTR, and overall digital performance.
Conduct competitor social media audits and market research.
Identify gaps and opportunities in competitor communication and positioning.
Research industry trends, healthcare marketing trends, and content opportunities.
Maintain and organise lead databases with proper segmentation and labelling during the campaign.
Support marketing activities for webinars, events, distributor engagement, and brand campaigns.
Ensure consistency in brand communication across all touchpoints.
Required Skills
:
Strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategy.
Ability to create platform-specific and audience-focused content.
Good coordination and project management skills.
Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and analytics.
Strong communication and copywriting skills.
Good design sense and ability to coordinate creative execution.
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines independently.
